Frozen French Fries
Frozen French Fries are produced from high-starch, golden-fleshed potatoes, selected for their ideal frying characteristics. The potatoes are cut straight into precision sizes (7×7 mm, 9×9 mm, 12×12 mm), then blanched, pre-fried in sunflower or canola oil, and rapidly frozen to maintain a crunchy exterior and fluffy core. Suitable for foodservice, quick-service restaurants, and retail, the fries are packaged in bulk and branded packs. Production is done under globally recognized certifications including IFS, BRC, and ISO 22000.
